I was going to choose 'Directory', but then I remembered that's more for file storage than product management. 'Catalog' is definitely the way to go here.

Catalog, for sure. That's the term I remember from my training. Although, I do wonder if the Marketing Cloud team has a sense of humor and would throw in a trick answer like 'Objects' just to mess with us.
