I was leaning towards B, but after thinking it through, I think C is the way to go. The ability to manage the entire campaign within Journey Builder makes the most sense for this use case.

I prefer option C, using Journey Builder Recurring Entry Source for segmentation and messaging. It provides more flexibility in controlling the flow of the campaign.

Option C looks like the best choice here. Using Journey Builder's Recurring Entry Source for the daily segmentation and then handling the messaging and flow in the same Journey Builder canvas seems like the most efficient approach.
