Wait, so Lookup can only target lists? What is this, the 90s? LookupRows is clearly the way forward.

D is just plain wrong. Lookup can definitely work with data extensions, not just lists. LookupRows is the clear winner here.

Option A seems like the way to go. LookupRows can return the entire rowset, which is super useful when I need all the data.
