I feel like it’s crucial to know who the offer will come from. It can affect how customers perceive the offer, but I’m not entirely sure if that’s the first thing we should resolve.
I remember practicing a question about timing. When to send the email could really impact the response rate, but I guess we need to know our audience first.
This looks like a pretty straightforward question. I'd start by checking the code for any instances of the "Account deleted" alert message and see which lines of code are responsible for displaying it.
