Definitely going with Option D. Triggered Sends are the way to go for this use case - fast, flexible, and no technical debt. Although I do hope the marketing team remembers to test the email before hitting send. You know what they say, 'an untested email is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode in your face.'

Option D seems like the clear choice here. Instant email delivery, personalization, and no dev required for creative changes? Sign me up! Although I do wonder if the marketing team will accidentally send out a GIF of a dancing cat instead of the email. Wouldn't be the first time...

D all the way! Anything that can reduce developer involvement and still deliver a great customer experience is a winner in my book. And let's be honest, who wants to deal with hourly SQL queries when you can automate the whole thing?

I'm leaning towards Option D as well. The real-time email delivery and personalization capabilities are exactly what the customer needs. Plus, the ability to update the email creative without dev support is a game-changer.

Option D seems like the way to go. The Triggered Send Data Extension will allow us to capture the form data and deploy the email automatically. No need to involve a developer for email changes - that's a huge plus!

I disagree, I believe option A is the way to go as it gives more control over the email creative.

I'm not sure, but I think option A could also work if the developer is comfortable with APIs.
