Hah! Option C is a real knee-slapper. Asking employees to use personal emails instead of corporate ones? That's like telling them to use tin cans and string for their company communications.
I'd go with Option B. Getting the employees to opt-in to the test email list or data extension is a good way to ensure their emails aren't flagged as spam.
Option D seems like the most straightforward solution. The admin should work with the IT team to whitelist the relevant IP addresses and ensure the corporate email addresses can receive the emails.
