I'm confident C and D are the right answers. The component is all about user engagement, not internal Salesforce housekeeping. Although, if I was the user, I'd want to see all the juicy details - the good, the bad, and the unsubscribed!

The question is a bit tricky. I'd go with C and D - the component is about recent activities, not behind-the-scenes admin stuff. Although, it would be nice if it showed everything, even the juicy unsubscription drama!
