This is a tough one. I'm torn between Private Space VPNconnections and Private Space Peering. They both sound like they could work, but I'm not sure which one is the better fit.

I don't know, Heroku Connect sounds like it might do the trick too. Isn't that for integrating Heroku with other data sources?

Private Space Peering seems like the obvious choice here. It's specifically designed for securely connecting Heroku apps to other cloud services like AWS VPC.
