Platform Event and ETL, no doubt. Although I can't help but wonder if the 'Bloomington Caregivers' are also the ones who named their system the 'Health Cloud'. Apparently, creativity is not their strong suit.

I'm voting for the Platform Event and ETL patterns. Though I do have to say, the 'Bloomington Caregivers' name sounds like something out of a sitcom. 'The Gang Shares Patient Data'.

Apex HTTP Callout? Really? That's like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. Let's keep it simple and go with the Platform Event and ETL options. No need to overcomplicate things.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about the OmniStudio Integration Procedure. Wouldn't that be overkill for just sharing patient medication info? I'd go with the ETL pattern - it's simple and gets the job done.

That sounds like a good idea. ETL for sharing info and Platform Event for immediate confirmation.

I think Platform Event is definitely one of the patterns we should use here. Immediate confirmation on medication interactions is exactly what we need, and Platform Event is perfect for that real-time integration.
