Universal Containers wants their Technicians to capture potential up-sell opportunities identified during site visits that will then be addressed by the inside sales team. What Configuration will support this requirement?
I recall a question about sharing rules, but I'm not convinced that option C is the right approach here. It feels more about visibility than capturing leads.
I might be overthinking it, but option B seems off. A Web-to-Lead page doesn’t really fit the scenario of capturing opportunities during site visits, right?
Okay, let me think this through. I know the goal is to transform the company into a customer-driven organization, so I'm going to go with A. Giving customers more flexibility in how they interact with the company seems like a good way to start.
