I feel like option A is not the best choice since roll-ups are usually for aggregating data, not just showing related lists.

I practiced a similar question where we had to relate two objects, and I think using a junction object like in option B could be overkill for this scenario.

I think option C sounds right because a lookup relationship would allow Asset Inventory to be linked to Asset without needing to create a junction object.
