Relationships to standard objects should definitely be done in Lightning Object Manager.

I thought custom fields could be added to any custom object, but I'm not sure about the formula field types. That one is tricky!

I feel like I read that relationships to standard objects need to be done in Lightning Object Manager, so C might be correct.
