Gotta be a hard bounce, right? I mean, if the ISP is straight-up refusing to accept the emails, that's a pretty clear indication of a poor sending reputation.

Haha, the ISPs must be really fed up with NTO if they're blocking their emails! Time to work on that reputation, guys.

I'm going with option C - a block bounce. That's the most obvious sign that the ISP has a problem with NTO's reputation and is actively rejecting their emails.

NTO needs to address the issues causing block bounces to improve their reputation.

I agree, a block bounce means the ISP is not happy with NTO's sending practices.

Option C - a block bounce is definitely a red flag for NTO's reputation.

I'm not sure, but I think both C) Block and D) Hard could be indicative of the ISPs view of NTO's sending reputation.

A block bounce would definitely indicate an issue with NTO's sending reputation. The ISP is essentially saying 'we don't want your emails'.

I disagree, I believe it would be D) Hard because that indicates a permanent issue with the email address.
