Question #: 62

The administrator for Cloud Kicks needs to give access to a new custom object with custom

fields to more than one user.

Which two options should an administrator use to meet this requirement?

Choose 2 answers

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B, D

Two data loss considerations when changing a custom field type from Text to Picklist are:

Assignment and escalation rules may be affected, because the values in the picklist may not match the values that were previously entered in the text field, and the rules may not trigger as expected.

Any list view based on the custom field is deleted, because the filter criteria for the list view may not be valid for the new field type, and the list view cannot be displayed. There will be no data loss with use of a global value set or auto updates to Visualforce references, because these are not related to changing a custom field type from Text to Picklist. I disagree, D is not relevant here at all.

Wait, can you really use permission sets for multiple users? Sounds too easy.

B is solid, but C is the way to go!

I think A could work too, but not the best option.

I feel like editing organization-wide defaults might not be the right approach here, but I can't remember the details.

I'm a bit confused about the manual sharing list option. I don't recall it being used for custom objects specifically.

I remember practicing a question similar to this, and I think assigning a permission set group could also work.

I think we might need to create a Permission Set for the users, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the only option we have.

I think the key is to find a way to grant access to multiple users at once, so the permission set group option seems like a good choice.

Editing the organization-wide defaults could work, but that might be overkill for just giving a few users access to a new custom object.

Okay, I'm pretty confident that creating a permission set is one of the right answers. That's a common way to grant access to custom objects and fields.

I think the key here is to give access to more than one user, so options like creating a permission set or assigning a permission set group to users would be good choices.

Hmm, I'm not sure about the manual sharing list option. That seems more like a one-off solution rather than a way to give access to multiple users.

I'm pretty sure reactive testing is when you respond to issues or defects that come up, rather than planning everything out ahead of time. I think option A, risk-based testing, fits that definition best.

This looks like a classic unsupervised learning problem, so I'd go with K-means clustering. It's a simple but powerful algorithm for grouping unlabeled data into meaningful clusters.

I've got this! The two I would recommend are no critical outstanding defects and static analysis shows no major violations. That ensures we have a solid foundation to start component testing.

C and B, definitely. This is a classic Salesforce access management scenario. I've got this one in the bag!

Haha, I bet the correct answer is to just give everyone admin access. That'll solve the problem, right?

C and B are the correct answers. The administrator needs to create a permission set and assign it to the users.
