Definitely a data sync problem, check the field access!

I think it's more likely that there are no records with the new value yet.

Wait, how can they run the recipe without errors but still not see the values?

I agree, if the recipe runs fine, it should show the new values unless there's a data issue.

Sounds like a permissions issue with the Integration User.

I feel like we discussed how data sync might not reflect new values immediately, but I can't recall if that relates to access or records.

I’m not entirely sure, but if there are no records with the new picklist value, then option C could explain why it’s not showing up on the dashboards.

I think I saw a similar question where the integration user profile was the problem, so option B might be worth considering too.

I remember something about field access issues affecting data visibility, so option A could be a possibility.

Ah, I see. The question is asking about the origin of the issue, so it's likely related to the data itself. If there are no records with the new picklist value, that would explain why it's not appearing in the dashboards.

I think the key here is to check the user's access to the field. If they don't have the right permissions, that could explain why the new picklist value isn't showing up in the dashboards.

Okay, let's see. The recipe is running successfully, so the issue doesn't seem to be with the data sync or the recipe itself. I'm guessing it's probably a permissions or data issue.

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'll need to carefully review the details about the new picklist value and the data sync process.

I believe the problem might be that there are no records in Salesforce with the new picklist value.

The new picklist value might not have any records yet. That could be the reason it's not showing up on the dashboards.

I agree with Reid, it could be a permissions issue with the user.

I think the issue might be that the user running the recipe doesn't have access to the field.

Hmm, it's probably that the Integration User profile doesn't have access to the field. That's a common issue I've seen before.

A) The user who runs the dataflow/recipe does not have access to the field.
