I don't know, deleting the Renewal Opportunity and creating a new one sounds a bit risky to me. What if we mess something up in the process? Option A is the safest bet here.

I'm not sure, option C also sounds like a viable solution. We could consider contracting the amendment Opportunity again and creating a new renewal Opportunity and Quote.

Option A seems like the logical way to go. Directly creating an Order from the amendment Opportunity and then contracting it to update the renewal Quote. Simple and straightforward!
