I'm just imagining the sales reps furiously mashing the 'attach' button on their emails, cursing the admin the whole time. Option B is the way to go, for sure.

Sales rep should not have to manually attach the brochure every time. Option B is definitely the best solution.

Option D might be the most creative solution. Using an HTML Template to deliver the PDF? That's some next-level stuff right there. I like it!

Hold up, are we sure the sales reps can't just attach the PDF themselves? I mean, how hard is it to click and drag a file? #LazyAdmin

I'm leaning towards Option C. Storing the PDF in the Documents object seems like a nice, centralized way to manage the attachment. Easy peasy!
