Okay, let's see here. I'm going with option A. Renewal Model was set to Asset Based at the Account Level. Gotta love those account-level settings, they always save the day!

User 2: Yeah, setting the Renewal Model to Asset Based at the Account Level makes sense in this scenario.

Ah, the joys of CPQ! I reckon it's got to be option C. Include Net-New Products in Maintenance must be flagged in the CPQ Package settings. Gotta love those little checkboxes, am I right?

I think you're onto something with option C. Those checkboxes can really make a difference.

I think the reason is that the Asset Conversion behavior on the Product must be set to Allow Renewals.

Hmm, let me think. Option D seems to be the way to go here. The Asset Conversion behavior on the Product must be set to Allow Renewals. Simple as that!

That makes sense. It's important to have the right settings for renewals to work correctly.

I disagree, I believe it's because the Renewal Model was set to Asset Based at the Account Level.

I think Product A has a Net Total of zero because it is an Asset that the customer already owns.

Well, this one's a tricky one. I'm going with option B - Product A is an Asset that the customer already owns. Gotta love those pre-owned products, am I right?

I agree with you, option B does make sense. Product A being an Asset that the customer already owns could explain the zero Net Total.

I'm leaning towards option D - The Asset Conversion behavior on the Product must be set to Allow Renewals.
