Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'm guessing it's either B or D, but I'm not too sure about the other reason.

Maybe the Exclude from Opportunity option is checked on the Product record causing the issue.

I believe it's because only Products with a price greater than zero sync to the Opportunity.

I think the reason could be that some Products were missing Price Book Entries.
