Paused & Failed Flow Interviews seem less likely, but I guess if there’s a flow involved in the contract generation, it could be worth checking.

I think the key here is understanding the relationship between the cloud customer and the certified cloud service provider. Option D seems the most logical to me, as just because the customer is building on top of a compliant CSP doesn't necessarily mean the customer is also compliant.
