Obviously, the user story should focus on sales margins. That's what's going to make the business successful, right? I mean, who cares about the customers as long as the money's rolling in?

Hmm, I'm not sure. Product functionality seems like the most important thing to me. If the products don't work well, the customers won't buy them, no matter how good the experience is.
