I vaguely recall something about Heroku being used for transactions, but I’m not confident if it’s the best option for mastering ecommerce data like in option B.

I think we practiced a similar question where we had to decide on data ownership. I feel like option D could be a good choice for storing customer attributes.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like user consent and compliance preferences might be better suited for Service Cloud instead of B2C Commerce.

Personalization and segmentation data should definitely be mastered in Marketing Cloud, that's a no-brainer. The tricky part is figuring out where to store the other data types.

I'm a bit confused about the distinction between B2C Commerce, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. I'll need to review the capabilities of each to determine the optimal system of record.

Hold up, did they just say 'Acme Ltd'? I'm pretty sure that's the company that makes those crazy cartoon anvils. I wonder if they have a special discount for Wile E. Coyote...

I'd have to agree with Apolonia on this one. Putting the customer data in Service Cloud doesn't make much sense, that's for support stuff. B2C Commerce and Marketing Cloud are the clear winners here.
