Suggested Answer: B, D

Two data loss considerations when changing a custom field type from Text to Picklist are:

Assignment and escalation rules may be affected, because the values in the picklist may not match the values that were previously entered in the text field, and the rules may not trigger as expected.

Any list view based on the custom field is deleted, because the filter criteria for the list view may not be valid for the new field type, and the list view cannot be displayed. There will be no data loss with use of a global value set or auto updates to Visualforce references, because these are not related to changing a custom field type from Text to Picklist. Adding the Items to approve component sounds familiar, but I’m torn between that and the email setting. I need to double-check my notes!

I feel like specifying initial submission actions could streamline the process, but I can't recall if it was one of the options we discussed in class.

I'm feeling pretty confident about this. The email and home page settings seem like the obvious choices to make it easy for approvers. I'll select those and move on.

Wait, create a flow to automatically approve all records? That doesn't sound right, that would defeat the purpose of having an approval process. I'll skip that one.

Okay, I've got this. The key is to focus on settings that make it easy for approvers to respond, like email and home page components. I'll mark those options.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I'll need to review the material on approval settings again to make sure I understand the right approach.

Azure Policy is definitely the best solution for this scenario. It gives you centralized control over the extensions installed on the session hosts, which is exactly what the question is asking for.

I'm a bit confused on this one. The 5S approaches are Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke, but I can't remember which one is specifically about organizing the workstation. I'll have to make an educated guess.

I've got this! The separate configuration allows for more granular control over the competency requirements. That way, an agent's language proficiency can be considered independently from their specific skills.

Okay, I've got this. The key is to follow the company's security protocols, which likely involve getting permission before containing the rogue AP. Copying the logs is also important for forensics.

I'm with you all on B, C, and D. Gotta keep things above board, you know? Although I do have to wonder - who's the comedian that came up with option E? That's a classic!

Haha, Kelvin knows what's up! Automatic approvals might be a little too easy though, don't you think? I'd stick with the more legitimate options like email and dashboard integrations.

I agree with Madonna, those options make the most sense. But I have to say, option E is tempting - an automatic approval flow would certainly be the easiest for approvers, if not the most secure!

Options B, C, and D seem like the most relevant choices to make it easy for approvers. Setting up email approvals, specifying initial actions, and adding the approval component are all great ways to streamline the process.
