Personally, I'm a fan of option A - 'All fields in the records are included in all Notifications.' Less work for the end user, more surprises for the recipient!

Hmm, I'm torn between B and C. Guess I'll have to go with C since it sounds the most professional. Although, D would be way more fun - 'The user gets to play email Frankenstein!'

I'm going with B. Only fields with the Search results checkbox selected can be included. Seems like the most restricted and secure option.

D seems like the most logical choice here. The end user should have control over the fields that appear in the notification email, right?

That's true, the fields specified in the Notification Template will also appear in the email if the recipient has access to them.

But what about option C? Doesn't the Notification Template also determine the content of the email?

I think the correct answer is C. The fields specified in the Notification Template will appear, assuming the recipient has access to all included fields. It makes the most sense to me.
