If only the correct answer was 'pizza' - that's the only thing I'm really focused on at the moment. But I guess I should probably try to answer the question instead of just thinking about food.
I'm going with A) Manage by stages. It makes sense that breaking the project down into manageable phases would help ensure the final product meets the quality requirements.
D) Learn from experience? That's an interesting choice, but I'm not sure how it's central to the quality theme. Maybe it's more about continuous improvement than the initial project definition.
Hmm, I'm not sure. Maybe C) Manage by exception? That seems like it could be related to quality control. Although, now that I think about it, that's more about escalating issues than defining the project scope.
