During stage 3, the team manager reports that the work to update the 'corporate quality procedures' has been completed and the product is ready to be delivered.
I feel like updating the team plan is important, but I can't recall if that's what project assurance does. It seems like it could be part of the process.
I think project assurance should probably check the work package and follow the procedure to deliver completed products. That sounds right, but I'm not entirely sure.
Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know the critical path method is a common schedule analysis technique, but I can't remember if it accounts for resource limitations. I'll have to think this through carefully.
