This is a good test of our understanding of project management roles and responsibilities. I'll need to review my notes to make sure I have the details right.
I'm a bit confused by the wording of the question. Can the roles really not be combined at all, or are there just certain combinations that don't work?
This question is a no-brainer! Of course, C is the right answer. Combining Project Assurance and Team Manager is like asking a lion to guard the sheep.
Option B is the correct answer. Project Manager and Project Support roles have different functions and should not be combined to maintain the project's integrity.
D seems like the obvious choice. Senior Supplier and Supplier Assurance are clearly two distinct roles that require different responsibilities and expertise.
