A key project stakeholder who was a big supporter and motivator for the project team is leaving the organization The project team is experiencing low morale and poor teamwork
What should the project manager do to improve morale?
Setting goals and pushing the team could backfire if morale is already low. I’m not convinced that’s the right approach right now. We might need to focus on connections first.
I feel like forging consensus through team participation could really help. It’s similar to a practice question we did about conflict resolution. Engaging everyone might lift their spirits.
I think identifying the wants and aspirations of the team is important too. It might help us understand what motivates them, but I wonder if that alone will boost morale.
I remember we discussed the importance of team dynamics in our last study session. Building emotional bonds seems crucial, but I'm not sure if that's the only thing we should focus on.
This seems like a tricky one. I'll need to think carefully about the best approach to improve morale. Maybe I'll start by trying to understand the team's wants and aspirations.
I'm leaning towards forging consensus through team participation. Getting the team involved in the decision-making process could help them feel more invested.
I'm a bit confused by the wording of the question. I'll need to think about the relationship between permissions and entitlements to answer this correctly.
