An agile project is running its fifth iteration out of 10. After the last retrospective, the team members realize that they had to work extra hours to deliver the committed work What should the project manager do?
I remember we discussed how important it is to address team workload in retrospectives. A focused retrospective could really help identify the root cause of the extra hours.
Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. The wording is a bit vague, and I'm not entirely confident in my understanding of the Total Rewards Design Process. I'll need to think this through carefully.
I'm a bit confused by the different options. I'll need to really focus on the details of the code and the exception types to determine the correct answer.
