The project schedule is fixed, so any delay will affect the end date.

I thought I recalled something about buffers in fixed schedules, but if there’s no buffer, then the lateness should directly affect the end date. I’m leaning towards C as well.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think if Stephen is two days late and it’s on the critical path, the project could be late by those two days.

I remember we discussed how fixed schedules can really complicate things. If Activity B is critical, then I think the project might be late.
