Totally agree, 0.92 makes sense with those figures!

Wait, how can the SPI be 1.06? That seems off.

I think the SPI is actually 0.92 based on the numbers.

The project is 45% complete but should be at 49%.

I feel like I might mix up the values. Is the planned value (PV) just the budget at completion times the planned percentage? I hope I get that right!

I practiced a similar question where we had to determine the SPI, but I can't recall the exact numbers. I hope I remember the calculations correctly.

I think the earned value (EV) is based on the budget at completion and the percentage complete, right? So, it should be $945,000 times 0.45.

I remember the formula for the schedule performance index is EV divided by PV. But I'm not sure how to calculate EV and PV in this case.

Okay, I think I've got it. The key is to find a way to inspect the traffic without the end-users being aware of it.

I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. Option D, deploying the Unified Access Gateway and requiring a device client certificate, seems like it would work well. That way we can verify the identity of the connecting devices and ensure they are the approved corporate laptops.

Reducing the lead time from the retailer seems like the most direct way to improve forecast accuracy. I'm leaning towards option C.

Wait, what's the difference between the user and custom lists? I want to make sure I understand all the options before selecting my final answer.
