Comparing DITL and integration testing results? That's way too technical. I'll stick with the good old-fashioned user survey. Keeps it simple, and the users are the ones that matter most.
I agree, a user survey is the way to go. The sponsor's feedback is important, but the users are the ones actually working with the solution day-to-day.

Conducting a user survey seems like the most logical option. Hearing directly from the end-users will give the best insight into how well the solution is meeting their needs.
