Outing planning for the next iteration an agile team identifies most of the story points that are expected to be delivered. How should an agile practitioner work with the team to help identity the iteration's remaining scope?
I vaguely recall that stopping planning isn't a good idea. We need to keep the team aligned with the remaining tasks, but I can't remember the exact method.
I'm not entirely sure, but I think identifying the technically minimal tasks could help in defining the scope. It feels like something we covered in our agile workshop.
I remember we discussed the importance of referring to the prioritized backlog items during our last practice session. That seems like a solid approach.
Okay, I think I know this one. The operation that controls the work feeding the bottleneck has to match the output of the bottleneck to maintain the time buffer queue. That sounds like the "control buffer operation" to me.
I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. HIPAA requires group health plans to provide certificates of creditable coverage, so I'm going with option B.
