Toward the end of a project, the product owner discovers that the project has a high probability of failure due to a critical feature not functioning as expected. What should the product owner do?
I think we practiced a similar scenario where we had to decide whether to cut losses or push through. I feel like bringing in experts could help, so maybe option C is worth considering.
I remember discussing the importance of assessing business value in class. Option B seems like a reasonable approach, but I'm not entirely sure if it's the best choice.
