Organizing review sessions sounds effective for capturing knowledge, but I’m not clear on how often those should happen.

I feel like directing project managers to create event logs is a good idea, but I wonder if they would actually keep up with it.

I remember we discussed the importance of documenting lessons learned in our program management plan, but I'm not sure if that's the most efficient way.

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure about this one. The number of services or licenses purchased could also be good indicators of customer health, but I'll have to think it through a bit more.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Wouldn't it be better to go to the Industry Console and reload the page to test the DataRaptor? That way you can see if it's working in the actual application context.

I'm not totally sure, but I feel like evaluating after implementation makes sense for having data. But isn’t that too late for AML issues?

Okay, I think I've got it. The key details are that the companies are sharing customer data and have an agreement on how it's stored and accessed. Based on that, I'm leaning towards joint controllers.
