Haha, yeah, lecturing would be the quickest way to lose your team's attention. And measuring on its own doesn't really help them manage resources, you need that coaching piece to make it meaningful.

Coaching definitely makes the most sense here. As a servant leader, you want to be developing your team's skills, not just micromanaging them. Plus, who wants to be lectured at in an agile environment? Yawn.

Agreed, lecturing and construing don't seem very agile to me. I'm leaning towards coaching - a servant leader should be empowering the team, not just telling them what to do.
