In order to detect quality Issues earlier in the project life cycle, the project manager is using an agile/adaptive environment. What is the main difference between waterfall and agile/adaptive development approaches tor Project Quality Management?
I practiced a question like this before, and I think it was about the frequency of quality steps. Agile emphasizes iterative reviews, which makes sense.
I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about the number of deliverables being different in agile. It feels like there are more frequent releases.
I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The question is clearly focused on the benefits of standardized data, and option C seems to capture the main advantage - enabling the collection of consistent, comparable health data. I'll go with that.
I'm torn between A and D. Removing barriers sounds psychological, but the open door feels more about giving the suspect a sense of voluntary participation.
