C seems more relevant to me, honestly.

Incident management seems more reactive, so I doubt it fits with the proactive nature of Lean and Agile. I’m leaning towards continual improvement.

Service desk sounds familiar, but I can't recall if it specifically uses Lean, Agile, and DevOps principles together.

I feel like problem management might incorporate some of those methods, but it seems more focused on resolving issues rather than continuous improvement.

Hmm, this looks tricky. I'll need to review my notes on calculating profit/volume ratios before I attempt this one.

I'm a little confused by this question. I know Scrum is all about iterative development and customer collaboration, but I'm not sure which specific benefit would be most relevant to highlight for the customer. I'll have to review my Scrum knowledge before answering.

This seems like a pretty straightforward question. I'd go with text recognition to extract the key details from the PDF sales quotes.
