I feel like problem management might incorporate some of those methods, but it seems more focused on resolving issues rather than continuous improvement.
I'm a little confused by this question. I know Scrum is all about iterative development and customer collaboration, but I'm not sure which specific benefit would be most relevant to highlight for the customer. I'll have to review my Scrum knowledge before answering.
