I’m leaning towards option A, but I keep mixing up General Control and Transaction Processing Controls. This is tricky!

I remember practicing a question similar to this, and I think it was the other way around. Maybe it's Transaction Processing Controls first?

I think the first component is Environmental Controls, but I'm not sure about the second one. It might be Transaction Processing Controls?

I feel like Environmental Controls are definitely one of them, but I can't recall the exact order. Did we cover General Control in class?

Okay, let's think this through. Removing the groups is a good start, but what about the other unused resources like the IP addresses and network interfaces? We should probably look at those too.

Okay, I've got a strategy for this. I'll eliminate the options that don't seem quite right, then choose the one that best matches the description of the VMTracer connection status.

Okay, I think I've got this. The key is to identify the section that is not recommended to be included in the contract, based on the PDPC's model contract. I'll go through each option and see which one doesn't fit.

I feel pretty confident that surveys would be the most efficient way to assess the controls in this case. With 200 employees, it would be tough to do individual interviews or extensive observation. Surveys can reach everyone and provide valuable data efficiently.
