Hmm, this is a tricky one. The client needs compliance expertise, so I'm not sure if the general VPC Gen 2 or ROKS offerings would be sufficient. Skytap on IBM Cloud could be an option, but I'm not as familiar with that service. I'll have to think this through carefully.
