I’m a bit confused; I thought IT measurement programs were more for project tracking than individual appraisals. Maybe it’s false?

I feel like I've seen a similar question before, and I think it was about using data for performance reviews, so I might go with true.

I think the answer is False. Performance reviews should be based on more holistic assessments of an employee's work, not just quantitative IT metrics.

This is a tricky one. I can see arguments on both sides. I'll have to review the course material on appropriate uses of IT measurement programs to decide.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. I'll have to think it through carefully. Using data for performance reviews seems risky, but I'm not totally sure if it's a valid use or not.

Okay, I've got this! A cold site is the most basic, with just the infrastructure in place. A warm site has the hardware and software ready to go. And a hot site is a full duplicate of the production environment. I'm pretty confident the answer is C, hot site.

This question is a real head-scratcher. Measuring performance is tricky, and IT data is just one piece of the puzzle. Gotta be careful not to overemphasize it.

Definitely False. Quantitative data can be helpful, but it doesn't tell the whole story. Employees are more than just numbers on a spreadsheet.

Haha, this question is a trick! Quantitative data can be useful, but it shouldn't be the sole basis for evaluating employees. That's a recipe for disaster.
