Wait, can you really just add a backup server for scaling? Sounds odd.

Adding an engine is a solid choice, no doubt!

I definitely recall that adding an engine is a common solution, but I can't remember if the distributed database server is the other one.

I feel like adding a live backup server is more about recovery than scaling, but I could be wrong.

I remember practicing a question similar to this, and I think adding an indexing server was one of the options.

I think adding an engine might help with scaling, but I'm not entirely sure about the distributed database server.

Hmm, I'm a bit confused by this question. Do we need to join the tables on the EmailName column instead of the JobID? I'm not sure if the LIKE 'TEST%' condition should be applied to the EmailName or the JobID. I'll have to think this through carefully.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Developing the software in-house could give us more control, but might take longer. I'll have to think this through carefully.

The wording on these options is tricky. I'll need to pay close attention to the nuances to select the right answer.

Okay, let's see. I'm pretty sure the default ExpressRoute connection doesn't encrypt the data, so that's not an option. But I'm not sure about the other choices.
