D seems plausible, but I can't recall the specifics about Pending versus In Progress agents from my studies.

I remember a practice question where we discussed the status of agents, so B might be the right choice since it mentions endpoints.

Based on my understanding, the main purpose of creating a meta group is to perform visualization analysis. By grouping the data in a certain way, it can make it easier to visualize and interpret the information. I feel good about this answer, but I'll review the other options just in case.

I'm leaning towards Option B, "stat appfw policy ". The question specifically mentions "Citrix Web App Firewall", and the policy is where the protections are defined, so this seems like the most direct way to get the per-protection statistics.

I'm pretty confident this is the right solution. Manually installing the agent is a common way to integrate Azure Defender with existing VMs. As long as the agent is installed, Azure Defender should be able to monitor the VMs.
