I'm a bit confused; I thought Static packet-filter firewalls also worked at Layer 4, but they don't maintain session info like Stateful ones do, right?

I practiced a similar question, and I think Stateful firewalls are the ones that operate at Layer 4. It makes sense to me.

I remember studying about firewalls, and I feel like Stateless firewalls don't keep track of sessions, so that can't be it.
