I'm a bit confused. Shouldn't the local PE replicate the BUM traffic and send it as unicast instead of forwarding it through an MPLS tunnel? This seems like a tricky one.
Hmm, the question seems straightforward. I think B is the correct answer here. The local PE should use an MPLS transport tunnel to forward BUM traffic to the advertising neighbor.
