I'm gonna have to go with C on this one. Exporting those external networks sounds like the right move. Unless, of course, the network is run by a bunch of network gnomes. Then all bets are off.
B is the way to go, man. Using system addresses for iBGP sessions is the only way to keep your network secure. What is this 'external' nonsense you speak of?
D definitely sounds like the right answer. Optimizing the BGP route table by exporting IGP routes is the way to keep things running smoothly. Who needs complicated external links anyway?
C is the way to go! Exporting those external networks is the best practice for BGP address planning. Why complicate things with IGP or system addresses?
