R3 will discard the LSA from R2 since it has a lower sequence number.

I feel like R3 would send an ACK to R2 if it discards the LSA, but I can't recall if that's the right choice here.

I remember a practice question where the router installed the LSA if it was newer, so maybe R3 installs the one from R2?

I think R3 should discard the LSA from R2 since it already has a newer one from R4, but I'm not entirely sure.
