I thought there was something about switches being able to handle VLANs, but I can't recall if they can do inter-VLAN routing. This is tricky!

I practiced a question like this before, and I believe a router is necessary for inter-VLAN communication. So, I'm leaning towards D as well.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like VLANs are meant to isolate traffic. Could it be that they can't communicate at all?

Internal errors can be tricky. I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's a Blue Prism issue. Might be worth checking the process configuration and data inputs first before escalating.
