I’m a bit confused about the ISL link speed. Does it really need to be at 16Gbps for the switchover to work? I feel like that could be a factor too.

I practiced a question similar to this, and I think a failed PSU could impact the switchover site. It might be one of the reasons.

I’m not entirely sure, but I think unmirrored aggregates could also be a reason. It seems like that would cause issues during a failover.
