I'm a bit confused on this one. I know SNMP is used for network monitoring, but I'm not sure which version would be best for strong authentication and encryption. I'll have to review my notes on the SNMP versions.
Okay, let me see. v1 and v2 don't have the security requirements, so it's between v3 and v2c. I think v3 is the better option since it's specifically designed for secure monitoring.
I bet the exam writer was hoping someone would accidentally pick v1 or v2c, thinking they were being clJoaquinr. But not on my watch! v3 is the way to go, no question.

Hmm, v3 is the obvious choice here. Security is paramount, and the customer needs that enterprise-grade protection. Don't even bother with the other versions.
Yeah, v3 is the only option that provides the level of security the customer is looking for. I can't believe they even included the other outdated versions as options.
